DRIVING SCHOOL RULES

Rules Packages

• Any driving lessons package must be completed within 1 year of original purchase date.
• Gift Certificates must be used and completed within one year.
• If you sign up for a package and decide not to complete the package you will be charge for individual service.
• Non-transferable.
• Lessons are done by appointment only.
• Cancellations must be done 24 hours before appointment to avoid a fifteen-dollar penalty.

Driving Lessons Rules

• We don't provide PICK-UP service.
• Students are expected to meet the instructor in the office on time.
• If the student is running late, we will wait up to 15 minutes before returning to the school. The student at that time will either take remaining time, lose the lesson or will have fifteen dollars penalty applied to take class another day.
• Due to the insurance policy, only the instructor and the student may be inside to the vehicle during the driving lesson.

Road Test Rules

• Students must make sure to bring the Learner Permit (PHOTO PERMIT) and the 5 Hours Classroom Certificate.
• If the student use glasses please be sure to bring them on the day of the road test.
• Road Test cancellations must be made 1 week before to avoid a twent-five dollars penalty.

Refund Policy

• All refunds must be claimed within a year of original receipt date, in person by the client only.
• If you paid a credit card you will be charge 6% of your total refund.

I am under the understanding that this is KNICKERBOCKER DRIVING SCHOOL policy. I have received this along with my original receipt for services rendered.
